Has anyone heard of or actually used the All You Can Eat Diet program that is somehow supposed to allow users to burn body fat tissue over a seven day period? If so, did it help in any way, shape or form to allow for permanent weight loss? The All You Can Eat Diet program is rather popular among people who do not understand how fat burning works. And although popular this program cannot help people to attain the permanent weight loss that they desire.
The vast majority of people who are attracted to the All You Can Eat Diet program are mainly attracted by the title. Many people are actually gullible enough to believe that permanent weight loss or even temporary fat burning can take place by consuming whatever they want and as much as they want. Often forgetting the fact that they became out of shape in the first place by following their own version of an All You Can Eat Diet. Which needless to say did nothing for their goals of attaining permanent weight loss.
The All You Can Eat Diet program literally allows users to consume as much food as they could possibly want. This should be the first clue even to those who know nothing about nutrition as to why this program cannot allow for fat burning let alone permanent weight loss. But the foods eaten on the All You Can Eat Diet program are mostly fruits and vegetables which people who are accustomed to eating junk food will not want to eat much of. This is the key to attaining some amount of permanent weight loss on this program as although you can eat as much fruit as you want on days one and three you will likely not want to eat very much of it.
Technically the All You Can Eat Diet is not a program that allows users to consume as much food as they want as days four, five, six and seven are limited to four meals containing specific amounts of food. Many dieters are convinced however that permanent weight loss can be achieved with this program because they know that fruits and vegetables are healthy. Although this is true the All You Can Eat Diet program is also guaranteed to cause users to gain body fat if they truly eat fruits and vegetables to their hearts content. This is because fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates (sugars) and all excess carbohydrates will be stored in the body as fat tissue and this program is extremely high and excessive in carbohydrates which must be kept to a minimum if permanent weight loss is to be achieved.
