How to Get a Thinner Waistline

One of the more common goals of the average overweight person is to reduce the size of his or her waistline which is most easily accomplished by following the principle of eat less, more often. To eat less, more often in order to reduce the size of the waistline means to consume 4-6 smaller than normal meals per day. If a person begins to eat less, more often his or her waistline will be reduced in size in little to no time at all. The average overweight person has an enlarged waistline due to the fact that he or she follows the principle of eating too much food, less often as opposed to the principle of eat less, more often.

Eating too much food, less often is much worse than it is to eat less, more often because eating too much food at each meal guarantees that one’s waistline will be enlarged (bloated, distended). To eat less, more often on the other hand guarantees that one’s waistline will be small because at no time will a person consume enough food to bloat or distend his or her belly. Eating too much food, less often is also much worse than it is to eat less, more often because eating too much food at each meal guarantees that fat will be stored all around one’s waistline. To eat less, more often on the other hand guarantees that fat will not be stored around one’s waistline because at no time will a person be consuming more food than his or her body can handle.

Plus, to eat less, more often speeds up the metabolism which in turn will burn stored body fat tissue for energy including the stored body fat tissue that covers up the average overweight person’s waistline. Although it is a proven fact that in order to reduce the size of one’s waistline a person must eat less, more often the average overweight person attempts to accomplish the same goal in other less productive methods such as by performing abdominal exercises. Now the performance of abdominal exercises will strengthen and tighten the muscles of the waistline but not until a person begins to eat less, more often will the newly strengthened and tightened muscles be noticeable. In other words, strengthening and tightening the muscles of the waistline has nothing to do with burning the fat tissue that is covering them up which can only be accomplished via the principle of eat less, more often. Thousands of people each day begin weight loss programs specifically to reduce the waistline and the most effective program for this goal is one based on the principle of eat less, more often.
